What is it that you are afraid of?

Go Deeper. Dig for its identity, Discover its origens...And then kill it.

Emotionally, spiritually, perhaps even physically- simply: remove it from your life. Master that technique. That will only come with practice, training, in real world environments and situations. For true mastery, it requires more digging. More discoveries into your personal phobias, than you would ordinarily face. It would require "extra" ordinary (comprehension).

This is the step i want you to take. {Just Believe}.

3rd dimensional Understanding of 4th dimensional Reality
Human Being (Alive :earth:)
Physically a biological chemical electrical 'arrangement' of matter
Mentally, spiritually even, a higher comprehensibility outlook, overall of {vibrational energy}
Combined, A unique creature, capable even.

Reality Alignment- Part Two
Height Width Depth and Position.
The position cannot be rendered if the time is not recorded. Perhaps even with the location, and no definitive time coordinates, there would be difficulty in obtaining an accurate position.
The height can change, as can the depth, or distance- in relative terms. The distance (depth) can vary from close to far, along with any number of left or right changes. The height, width and depth, these 3 Dimensions, can change forward, or change backward.
That is not so with time. This dimension of time travels. It moves in one direction, which we term 'forward', and it cannot be changed to the left or right, or made to go backward- 'reverse'.
It moves in one direction, it is a one way, and there are no speeders or bottlenecks. All reality, as we know it, has its exisitence in time, and not vice versa.

Comprehending the 4th dimensional reality with a 3rd dimensional perspective

That is what the majority calls 'common sense'. To really understand the reality in which one exists; 'uncommon sense' is required.
